Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In such cases, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NNRoad and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

You and NNRoad agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, collective, representative, or private attorney general action, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party’s individual claim.

By agreeing to arbitration, you and NNRoad are each waiving the right to a trial by jury, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

13. International Access and Export Compliance

The Website is operated from the United States and may be accessible from other countries. We make no representation that the Website or its content is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in every jurisdiction.

If you access the Website from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. You may not use the Website where access or use would be illegal or prohibited.
