Deploy Talent Anywhere in the World

Legally, Compliantly, and Fast

Expanding your workforce isn’t just about hiring locals. Whether you need to relocate a key executive to China, hire a specialized engineer in the USA, or deploy a sales director to Europe, NNRoad’s Global Deployment solution bridges the gap between talent and borders.

Unlike standard Employer of Record (EOR) services that focus on local hires, our Global Deployment service is engineered for the complexities of immigration law, expat payroll, and visa sponsorship. We enable you to place foreign talent in over 50 countries without the time and capital expense of establishing your own legal entity.

What Is Global Deployment?

  • Global Deployment (also known as Hire Foreigner or Expat Employment Service) allows a third-party legal entity—NNRoad—to hire foreign employees for clients who do not have a registered entity in the destination country. This provides a practical and compliant pathway for companies to place their foreign staff abroad without establishing a local company.

  • In certain countries, local labor or immigration regulations do not allow domestic companies to hire foreign nationals purely on behalf of an overseas client.

In such cases, the client must outsource their local business activities to NNRoad. NNRoad then becomes the service provider responsible for the contracted scope of work, and hires the foreign employee to execute those functions in compliance with local law.

  • As part of this service, NNRoad sponsors the work visa for the deployed foreign employee.

    However:

The employee must meet all legal eligibility requirements under the host country’s immigration laws.
The approval or rejection of the visa application is determined solely by the local government authorities.
NNRoad will make every effort to support the application process but cannot guarantee visa issuance and does not assume responsibility for the final outcome.

  • Under the Global Deployment arrangement, NNRoad manages: work visa sponsorship and immigration processes; employment contracts and onboarding; payroll, taxes, and statutory contributions; benefits administration; local labor law compliance; HR and employment administration. The client retains responsibility for: providing operational direction (directly or indirectly, where legally permitted); overseeing performance and project deliverables; bearing the business risks and outcomes associated with the employee’s work
This structure ensures full legal compliance while allowing companies to maintain operational control over deployed talent.

  • Unlike standard Employer of Record (EOR), Global Deployment focuses on foreign nationals and cross-border mobility, including work visa sponsorship and immigration compliance.

For hiring local nationals instead, see our Employer of Record (EOR) services.

When Do Companies Need Global Deployment?

You typically need Global Deployment / Hire Foreigner services when:

Relocating an Existing Employee:

  • Sending a manager, engineer, or executive to another country
  • Setting up a regional hub or pilot operation
  • Managing overseas projects without local incorporation

Hiring a Foreigner Without a Local Entity:

  • Hiring a non-local national in China, USA, Singapore, etc.
  • Employing global specialists unavailable in the local labor market
  • Avoiding the cost and delay of setting up a subsidiary

Immigration & Employment Are Both Required:

In many countries, immigration law requires a local employer to sponsor:

  • Work visas
  • Residence permits
  • Employment registration

NNRoad fulfills this role end-to-end.
